Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Pet 3517E
3517E · corded wet/dry cleaner with steam assistance
Editorial review Reviewed 29 October 2026 How we assess products
The Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Pet 3517E adds steam assistance for sticky kitchen mess where the flooring maker permits it. It washes suitable tile and vinyl effectively and uses mains power, with about 7.5m of cable reach. Its separate tanks collect dirty water away from fresh solution. The bulky, noisy body is less appealing for a quick wipe, and neither edges nor grout receive a complete clean. Occasional dirty-water splutter can call for another pass. Rug freshening is not deep carpet extraction, and steam does not imply universal disinfection. Starter solution and a spare roller are included in this UK bundle; tank, filter and roller care remain necessary.
