Beurer KS25 Kitchen Scale
704.15, 3kg scale with a 1.2-litre bowl
Editorial review Reviewed 24 October 2026 How we assess products
Beurer KS25 (704.15) is a practical, modestly priced bowl scale with large 22mm backlit digits and easy-to-use buttons. Its included 1.2-litre bowl suits loose ingredients, and the responsive tare button resets the reading to zero between ingredients so you can weigh each addition separately. The 3kg total limit includes the bowl, so check the combined load for larger recipes. It reads in 1g steps, though very light additions may need around 2g before they register. The backlight can dim during use. It measures grams, kilograms, pounds and ounces; there is no volume mode, but liquids can be weighed by mass. Wipe the base. Hand-wash the removable bowl unless its supplied instructions permit your dishwasher programme. Smeg KSC01 offers a larger rechargeable bowl design; Heston Blumenthal by Salter is better for heavier batches and tiny additions.
