Beurer
Beurer KS36 Precision Kitchen Scale
704.45, 2kg scale with a calibration weight
Editorial review Reviewed 24 October 2026 How we assess products
Beurer KS36 (704.45) suits yeast, spices and other small additions alongside a larger everyday scale. It reads in 0.1g steps below 500g, 0.2g from 500g to 1kg and 0.5g from 1kg to the 2kg limit. These are display steps, not an accuracy guarantee. The slim 9.6 × 19 × 2cm body and small platform favour a light container rather than a heavy mixing bowl. The supplied 200g calibration weight lets you check and adjust the readings following the instructions. Tare resets the reading to zero after adding a container. Gram and ounce settings, four AAA batteries and automatic shutoff are included. The small illuminated red digits are less readable than Beurer KS25’s larger display. Keep the scale level and dry, and follow its calibration instructions. Heston Blumenthal by Salter combines fine and heavy weighing in one unit; Bodum Bistro Barista adds a brewing timer.
