A useful integrated replacement when frozen storage matters as well as fresh groceries. The BCFD450 has a 163L fridge and 91L freezer, with frost-free freezing to avoid a regular defrosting job. Clear drawer fronts, adjustable shelving, a bottle rack and a salad crisper provide straightforward organisation. Its 177.5cm-high body and sliding hinges must suit the existing furniture: check the exact niche, door-panel split, hinge arrangement and ventilation rather than ordering on a 50/50 label alone. The Hotpoint HTC20 T322 UK gives fresh food much more room but requires different housing and offers a smaller freezer. An open-door alarm is helpful in daily use. Freezer Guard applies to the freezer under its specified conditions; the fridge compartment retains separate ambient limits, so this is not a general recommendation for an unheated garage.
