Ultenic T20 Pro
Robot vacuum and mop with self-emptying dock
Editorial review Reviewed 5 November 2026 How we assess products
The Ultenic T20 Pro adds a bagged self-emptying station to a mapped robot at the budget end of the market. It handles everyday crumbs, cereal and hair well, with some spills needing a second pass. Schedules, room partitions and adjustable suction and water flow are useful. The station collects dust but does not wash or dry the mop: fill the 250ml tank and rinse and dry the pad yourself. Dried coffee and sticky marks need a manual finish. Hair can wrap around both brushes, rug edges can become damp and no-mop boundaries sometimes disrupt spot cleaning. Obstacle handling can change on the trip back to the dock, so clear loose items, save maps and check the first runs. Emptying is noisy enough to schedule around calls.
